Carbon Neutral Shipping
We are conscious of the choices we make and their impact on the environment when it comes to running our studio. We use a 100% renewable energy provider, recycle and source materials as conscientiously as we can. We generally have a low carbon footprint however as an online business we have some big unavoidable emissions...shipping our products to you.
Online shopping and the courier industry in general has a massive carbon footprint. We calculate and keep track of our monthly carbon emissions and offset them by donating to Gold Standard renewable energy projects.
We know carbon offsetting is not a solution, and it can be problematic. We chose to work with Gold Standard and specifically their renewable energy projects because of their internationally recognised standards and high levels of environmental integrity.
Gold Standard are an NGO set up by WWF in 2003. They are committed to reducing emissions globally and creating sustainable development benefits for communities around the world.
